Trauma Center

This is a simulation of a Level II Trauma Center (over 40,000 patient visits per year). The hospital facilities include a specialized Express Care unit and regular Emergency Department area. The model was developed to help analyze several improvement options such as, staff levels and schedules, Express Care hours of operation, adding bedside registration process. The output of the model includes patients Length of Stay, staff, room, and equipment utilization.

The model was created with AnyLogic - simulation software / Traumathology, medicine
