Epidemic and Clinic with Accumulating Concern

This is a version of the Epidemic and Clinic model where patients (modeled as agents with Susceptible->Infetious->Recovered behavior request treatment in a clinic once their "Concern" gets higher than a certain threshold. The Concern is modeled as a System Dynamics stock inside an agent. The clinic is a simple Discrete Event model located at the top level. Depending on the capacity of the clinic, there may or may not be subsequent waves of the epidemic.
