Tanks - A projectile physics simulation

Summary:
A framework for testing the simulation of the physical properties for a light projectile.

Description:
While testing the modelization of a sphere trajectory under gravity and wind forces, we came up with this simple turn-based game: Tanks.

The forces applied on the projectile (wind frictions and gravity) are calculated on each step for the x and y axes, according to Newton´s second law. Then, the corresponding accelerations, velocities and positions of the projectile are obtained using a system dynamics model.

To play the game, first choose the number of enemies that will compete against you. Then, on each turn, try to hit your enemies tanks. But beware of the changing winds!

The model was created with AnyLogic - simulation software / Physics
