Dengue Transmission Model

Dengue is the most common arboviral disease in tropical and subtropical regions.

It is composed of four scenarios:
1) Heterogeneous mosquito population at a realistic spatial configuration
2) Homogeneous mosquito population at a realistic spatial configuration
3) Heterogeneous mosquito population at a synthetic spatial configuration
4) Homogeneous mosquito population at a synthetic spatial configuration.

FYI, the locations and individuals are read from Excel file.
