AAC Factory

This model of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) factory shows the process of concrete
production step by step - from raw materials (sand and gypsum) to pallets of concrete blocks.

Major stages of concrete production process:
- Mix preparation
- Mould pouring
- Rising
- Cutting
- Separation
- Autoclaiving
- Unloading

Productive capacity of the factory depends on plants properties. The idea of this model is to get
full information about process timing to find the best way to increase factory perfomance.

Model supports different factory configurations: number and size of autoclaves,
separation type: green (before autoclaiving) or white (after autoclaiving).
